Overwhelmed by life’s challenges and emotions?

Let’s talk.

Our worst moments, traits, and traumas do not define us. In therapy, I help you make positive changes through developing insight, skills to cope with negative thoughts and feeling, and improve executive functioning. I partner with you to leverage your strengths to develop the tools you need to regulate, navigate life, and reach your full potential. Together, we explore your unique experiences, thoughts, and emotions so that you can feel more than better; you can feel good.

About My Practice

My Therapy Philosophy

I am a compassionate, neurodiversity affirming therapist who believes that every individual has the ability to discover their strength. The therapeutic relationship can support exploration of your whole self to feel like your better self, even when you are not at your best. Times of crisis can be an opportunity to learn, to reset, to get a fresh start. First, we need to understand what we are going through, to allow ourselves to have feelings, and, when we are ready, take the step towards learning and using skills to feel better. There is not one right path; rather, there are many to chose from, and therapy can empower you to choose yours.
