Overwhelmed by life’s challenges and emotions?

Let’s talk.

Hi, I’m Jenny Mariaschin-Rudin. I believe that our worst moments, traits, and traumas do not define us. In therapy, I help you make positive changes through developing insight and coping skills, and improving executive functioning. I partner with you to leverage your strengths to develop the tools you need to regulate, navigate life, and reach your full potential. Together, we explore your unique experiences, thoughts, and emotions so that you can feel more than better; you can feel good.

About My Practice

My Therapy Philosophy

I am a compassionate, neurodiversity affirming therapist who believes that every individual has the ability to discover their strength. The therapeutic relationship can support exploration of your whole self to feel like your better self, even when you are not at your best. Times of crisis can be an opportunity to learn, to reset, to get a fresh start. First, we need to understand what we are going through, to allow ourselves to have feelings, and, when we are ready, take the step towards learning and using skills to feel better. There is not one right path; rather, there are many to choose from, and therapy can empower you to choose yours.

Executive Functioning Support: Practical Strategies for Real Results

Having problems with executive functioning can make you feel like you don’t have control over your time and energy. I provide individual and group executive functioning support to help you build the skills you need for:

  • Overcoming procrastination and getting started

  • Decision-making and problem-solving

  • Staying organized

  • Following through on tasks

  • Managing distractions & staying focused

Through a collaborative, structured approach, I assess your unique challenges and work with you to set clear, attainable goals. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-based strategies and problem-solving techniques, I help you identify and overcome barriers to productivity, emotional regulation, and daily task management.

Together, we’ll implement personalized systems and concrete tools designed to support your success in a way that works for you.

🔹 Organizational Consulting – I help workplaces implement neuroinclusive practices, ensuring that employees with ADHD, Autism, and other neurodivergences receive the support they need to thrive.

🔹 Clinical Supervision – I provide supervision for therapists seeking to enhance their skills in working with neurodivergent clients, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to offer truly affirming care.

🔹 Professional Training – I lead group training sessions for professionals in mental health, education, and healthcare, guiding them in best practices for supporting neurodivergent students, clients, and patients.

🔹 Supporting Neurodivergent Therapists – I offer tailored guidance for neurodiverse therapists as they launch and manage their clinical practice, ensuring sustainability and success in a way that aligns with their strengths and needs.

Through these services, I am committed to creating spaces where neurodivergent individuals are understood, supported, and empowered.

At the core of my work is the belief that neuroinclusivity benefits everyone. I offer specialized consulting, training, and supervision to support professionals and organizations in fostering truly inclusive environments for neurodivergent individuals.
